The sun shone brightly on the Concours Lawn of the 8th Salon Prive held at Syon Park last week. Guests were treated to a staggering display of vintage Super and Luxury Cars, all beautifully and openly displayed on the lawns of the Duke of Northumberlands estate. Barkaways were proud to support two clients with their recently restored Classic Ferrari's and were over the moon to acheive two class wins and a best in show. The 1970 246 Dino, first RHD in the UK and former London Motor Show car was judged Best in The Art of Design - Pininfarina.Owners Jim and Shelagh were delighted to receive their award. Appearing in the Class: Wind in your Hair, a fully restored 1959 250 LWB California Spider owned by Nigel and Sarah drove away with Best in Class and in recognition of its immaculate restoration to it was awarded Best in Show and widely regarded as a worthy winner.
