Saturday 14th July 2018 at Danesfield House Marlow afforded the idyllic setting for the Annual Ferrari Owners Club National Concours, which this year made tribute to 50 years of the Ferrari Dino.

The Barkaways team were on hand to support one of our customers who entered his freshly restored 1972 Ferrari 246 GT Dino. Against some stiff competition, the car was awarded an emphatic Best in Class trophy on its very first outing. Both the owner and his family had a truly unforgettable day and where able to share their restoration journey with countless Ferrari owners who took the time to give their congratulations.

Ian was invited to take part in the judging and was delighted to offer his expertise and support the event from the other side of the fence. There was hardly a cloud in the sky and the sun shone all day and well into the evening where a barbecue was served for all those interested in carrying on with their celebrations.

We would like to take this opportunity to give our congratulations to the owner of the 246 GT Dino and his family who entered their car and also to Gary Dearn and his team at the Ferrari Owners Club for organising another superb event. Last but by no means least, a big thank you to all our staff at Barkaways who make these achievements possible year after year after year.
