Barkaways were honoured to support the 2015 Kent Ferrari Ball held at the Thistle Hotel, Brands Hatch. This year we decided to do things differently by displaying a freshly restored Concours engine, which proved a popular attraction. The evening was an opportunity to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Peter and Sally Critchell as area group organisers with a chance to give thanks for all of their efforts over the years. Furthermore, Ian Barkaway was presented with an award in recognition of his support for Kent Ferrari. A delicious three-course meal was served accompanied with perfectly chilled wine. The charity auction held in aid of Abigails footsteps, a most deserving and worthy cause, proved a fantastic addition to the evening. As was the competition to win a Magnum of Champagne. A great time was had by all with performances from Vicky Nolan a female vocalist, the VC dance company and to top off the evening a superb performance by the Fabbagirls, affording all the chance to sing along to some of Abbas greatest hits. Thank You to Peter and Sally for organising a superb evening and we are already looking forward to next year.
