Barkaways were able to welcome a group of TIGOSE delegates for some Barkaways hospitality and a tour of the workshops this week. TIGOSE aims to promote the Classic Engineering Industry through networking, knowledge-sharing, training and education.

Founder, Michael Scott believes that, “In this country, we have the finest engineers in the world. I also believe that they should receive greater recognition and support: this is the purpose of The Guild.”

Ian has been a founder member of the Guild since it was established and at Barkaways we know the importance of having highly skilled team members in order to carry out the work that we do. The awards the team have received over the years are recognition that the work produced here is of the highest standard and we approach all our work, including service and maintenance with the same care and attention.
