Last weekend saw the Barkaways team enjoy another great celebration of all things Italian at Auto Italia Brooklands. The team at Barkaways were very proud to deliver a beautiful 575 Superamerica to the client following its service and cambelt change with us. Brooklands made an ideal back drop to unveil the car. Many of you know Ben Barkaway, Ian's son, who had his birthdays all come at once when he was offered a ride round the track in a 599GTO, a very lucky (and happy) boy. Thank you to Nigel for his amazing treat. Ian had a chance to run his 308 on the track as part of the Ferrari display, joining him in the passenger seat was Phil Ward's grandson. Ian also drove the 308 fairly briskly up the hill climb much to the enjoyment of the crowd. Overall, a great day out and thank you to Phil and Michael Ward for hosting a fantastic event.
