First created as a lottery prize in 1954, the Giulietta Sprint soon garnered a tremendous following leading to some 24,000 coupe's being manufactured. High numbers by Ferrari standards of the time, however with the advent of time, these cars are now comparatively rare. Renowned for their responsive 1290 cc twin cam all alloy engine and nimble handling, these lightweight 780 kilo cars were used extensively in the Mille Miglia and many other such events in the fifties. This later model 101 series car is in extraordinary condition. With its authenticity re trimmed interior to the correct Rosso paintwork, the car has benefited from a total rotisserie restoration and is as good underneath as it is on top.

Everything has either been restored or replaced, from the bodywork panels, glass, all chrome work, total interior including the carpets and dash top, in addition to rebuilt mechanicals, suspension and brakes. This Giulietta could very easily be prepared as a serious concours contender.

With excellent spares availability and active owners club. Many Ferrari collectors include these wonderful cars in their collections. Barkaways have replaced fluids and oils as a matter of course. We doubt a better car is currently available on the market at this time. With a restoration to this standard costing far in excess of the asking price, this little Alfa has considerable investment potential and will bring joy to any fortunate owner.
